Welcome to our little piece of paradise, a privately owned oceanfront condo. Enjoy the spectacular views, famous Maui sunsets, star filled skies at night, and whale watching in season from the private lanai. You will also enjoy unobstructed views of Molokai and Lanai as well as the blue water of the Pacific. The Valley Isle Resort is located on a sandy beach in Kahana, Maui. You can snorkel, scuba dive and surf. Tennis and championship golf are nearby, restaurants from casual to upscale, and shopping are all within walking distance, many are located across the street.

Condo 509 features a completely remodeled kitchen and bath, and we also offer high-speed Internet access and free parking.

We are pleased to provide you with smoke-free accommodations. In consideration of all our guests, there is no smoking in the condo unit or on the condo lanai. A designated smoking area has been provided on the Resort property. This policy is strictly enforced. Failure to comply could result in a fee to have all the carpeting, bedding, and linens cleaned.

Non-peak stays of 15 days or more may qualify for a discounted rate

Travel insurance is advised.

  • Check in and check out maid service included with cleaning fee.
  • Additional maid service is available at an additional charge.
  • The condo will be stocked with linens, towels, soaps, etc.
  • All reservations require a 50% deposit within 5 days to hold them.
  • Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
  • Deposits can be refunded with 90 day notice.
  • A $50 processing fee will be charged to all cancellations.
  • Personal or cashiers checks are accepted.
  • Credit card payments can be made through PayPal.
  • Guest is responsible for all processing fees.
  • All rates are subject to Hawaiian excise and transient accommodation taxes.
